Suckling piglet at Hua Ting

We all felt the suckling piglet at Hua Ting tasted funny when we were there last Sunday. We thought the meat was not fresh and we think we were right. Upon feedback from the captain, we were told that they brought in frozen piglets and all along until then, I have always think that they bring in fresh ones.

And it maybe that that they have new chefs as their usual chefs maybe helping out at their new restaurant over at Grand Copthorne. Well, i am giving them the benefit of doubt and hope this is just a one-off bad pig.
